On October 19, 2024, our students participated in an enriching masterclass with Professor Rafael Padrón. They presented selected repertoire and received detailed, personalized feedback aimed at refining their technique, musical expression, and interpretive choices. The session offered them direct insights from a seasoned performer and educator, providing both encouragement and guidance that significantly deepened their understanding of the guitar repertoire.
Brief Biography: Professor Rafael Padrón
Cuban-born guitarist Rafael Padrón began his musical journey at age eleven at Havana’s National School of Art, studying under noted teacher Victor Pellegrini.
